ABOUT THE POSITION

Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft and is looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Sunderbyn. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute already now + work on a temporary basis during the summer! To be considered for the position as a substitute, you need to be able to work to some extent during the summer.

The working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:

  • 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM

  • 03:00 PM - 09:00 PM

  • Occasional shifts may be scheduled from 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM or 09:00 PM - 09:00 AM

Start date will be agreed upon.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s who enjoys physical activities, including bowling, playing games, and walking. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Communication and interpretation of the environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with autism

  • Experience with low-arousal approaches

Employment rate: Substitute as needed who can also work parts of the summer

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary. Due to a change in the law from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
