ABOUT THE POSITION

Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft and we are now looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a cheerful and social young woman in central Boden. We are currently seeking someone to work on a temporary contract with a working degree of 67.81%, with a potential chance for a permanent position.

Working hours are scheduled as day shifts with 8.5 hours of waiting time, you will work both weekdays and weekends as follows:

• From 09:00 to 09:00

Start date is to be agreed upon, and we would like you to begin the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a young woman with a big heart and a great sense of humor. She enjoys going to hockey games, baking, crafting, and riding. Our client needs your assistance in her daily life as she has an intellectual disability (ID) and autism.

Job responsibilities include:

• Support with daily routines, such as cooking and cleaning

• Support during meals

• Activities

• Personal care

We are now looking for someone who is calm, stable, and responsible. You have the ability to create security and structure. Furthermore, we want you to be attentive and have a warm demeanor.

As the client interacts with animals in her daily life, it is important that you are not allergic! The client has her own car that you, as the assistant, will drive for activities and errands.

Previous experience as a personal assistant, in care or pedagogy is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have the right personal qualities and that the match between you and the client feels right.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

• You are tolerant of horses, dogs, and cats

• B driver's license (manual)

MERITS

• Previous experience as a personal assistant, in care or pedagogy is advantageous - but not a requirement

Employment rate: Temporary contract 67.81%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
