RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with individuals with complex care needs regarding addiction and mental health largely involves a relationship-building approach in close collaboration with networks and other professionals. The work is varied as you meet different individuals with different needs and conditions, so it is crucial that you can work flexibly and structured, and that you must be curious about the client you meet.

You will be part of our work to actively strengthen the individual's own resources. Support is tailored to the individual's needs and wishes and can therefore look very different.

Together with the individual, you will work to create motivation for change/development and for the individual to develop their abilities to manage difficulties based on new strategies in everyday life. Being proactive and having a coaching approach based on recovery-oriented work/MI (motivational interviewing) is part of the job, as well as being flexible and able to restructure the client's day based on their daily well-being.

Assist and guide in daily routines (e.g., ADL) based on the client's implementation plan & be a guide and mentor in social interaction with other clients or the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background from a nursing program or equivalent, or if you have previously worked in healthcare. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation.

As a person, we want you to be flexible, attentive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good demeanor. You should also find it easy to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a group. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that clients receive safe and secure care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.

A valid driver's license (B) is advantageous.
