We are now looking for dedicated employees for our LSS execution operations within support for people with disabilities in Jokkmokk. The position is varied and involves work with children, youth, and adults in several interventions according to SOL/LSS:

• Housing support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work involves providing individually tailored support in everyday life based on the individual's needs, wishes, and implementation plan. Through a supportive and motivating approach, you contribute to strengthening independence, participation, and quality of life. You perform interventions within personal assistance and other interventions according to LSS and actively participate in planning, documentation, and follow-up.

The role also includes being involved in the development of the operations and collaborating with relatives, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure safe and quality care.

The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Night shifts may occur. The work is based on the individual's needs, participation, and self-determination.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education in healthcare and nursing, child and leisure, social work, or other relevant education is advantageous, as well as experience working within LSS and/or personal assistance. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license may be required depending on the assignment.
