ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft and we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our client in Luleå. We are looking for 3 additional substitutes as needed to strengthen the existing staff group during illness and other absences. There is also a chance for a permanent position of about 50% with this client.
The working hours are varied between day, evening, and night. Weekends as well as weekdays.
Examples of working hours:
07:00 AM - 06:00 PM
06:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is in their 30s and enjoys being active through various activities, watching movies, walking, and listening to music. Our client needs your help as an assistant in their daily life as they have autism.
The tasks include:
Support with daily routines, such as household chores
Assistance/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
Guidance and support in everyday life
The client uses communication aids.

To thrive with our client, you should be confident in yourself, be a good team player who works well with your colleagues. You should be communicative and have a good ability to adapt your activity level to the client, as the work sometimes requires a lot of stillness and then quickly switching to activities that require supervision. You should have a good ability to read other people and enjoy working preventively. We also see that you have basic cooking skills as it is important for the client to have home-cooked meals.

REQUIREMENTS
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
Non-smoker
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and knowledge of working with autism
Ability to tolerate chlorine and be a competent swimmer
Employment rate: Substitute as needed
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspect register.
