ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for a dedicated colleague for a permanent position at 78% for our client in Luleå. The position involves working with double assistance every day between 07:00–21:00, so you will always have the support of a colleague in your daily work.

The work shifts are scheduled on weekdays and weekends (2 out of 5 weekends). Your safety is important to us, which is why night work will only be considered after a longer period of employment when you feel completely secure in your role with the client.

The working hours are as follows:

• 07:00-20:00

• 08:00-21:00

• 07:00-15:00

Start date will be agreed upon, and we hope you can begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman in her 40s who needs your help as an assistant to live the best life she desires. As an assistant, you help her with various daily tasks and activities, where you try to motivate her participation according to her capabilities.

Taking walks and participating in various activities are examples of things our client enjoys doing with you as her assistant. Our client needs your help in her daily life as she has autism and limited verbal ability. She communicates through body language, single words, and sounds. She also uses PECS to express her wishes and needs.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Help and support with communication.

The client uses weekly schedules, handheld devices, and PECS for communication.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is a secure, attentive, and patient person with a natural ability to create a meaningful everyday life for others. Since the role involves close collaboration with a colleague, we place great importance on being a good team player.

To thrive in this role, we hope you have a pedagogical approach and a good understanding of the challenges that may come with autism. You are communicative and have the ability to read nuances in body language and expressions, as our client has limited verbal ability. Previous experience with clear pedagogical methods or communication aids like PECS is a plus, but we primarily value your personal suitability and your ability to motivate participation based on the client's unique circumstances.

As a person, you are active and enjoy going on walks and outings, while also being attentive to when the client needs peace and quiet.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant in a similar field

MERITS

Employment rate: 1 permanent position at 78%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Due to a change in the law from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
