ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in central Pajala. We are currently seeking substitute assistants during the absence of regular assistants.

The working hours are as follows:

• Weekdays 07:00-15:00, 15:00-21:00, 07:00-20:00

• Weekends assistance is provided during the day and evening with slightly varying times

During certain shifts, two assistants work with our client.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 30-year-old woman living in central Pajala. She enjoys traveling and going on excursions in nature. She is active in various daily activities that enrich her life and well-being. This may involve theater, music, swimming pools, etc. Our client needs help with most aspects of her daily living.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Transfers

• Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

The client uses a lift and wheelchair.

REQUIREMENTS

• The client prefers female applicants

• You must be tolerant of chlorine (swimming pool visits occur)

• You speak and understand Swedish at a good level

Employment rate: 1-2 substitutes

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary. Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
