Pajala Municipality is the large (in area) small municipality located in the land of the Northern Lights and Midnight Sun – Tornedalen, in eastern Norrbotten. Day and night, all year round, we work in the service of the community on behalf of the citizens. We are looking for a personal assistant for a man in his 40s with an intellectual disability. The work is based on the individual's needs and is carried out according to the LSS legislation. The workplace is located in central Pajala.

One position is a permanent full-time employment. We are also looking for part-time substitutes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personal care
• Support during meals and household chores
• Support in structure, communication, and daily routines
• Accompanying on activities, walks, and in social contexts
• Working according to an individual implementation plan
• Working hours scheduled according to a day/evening/weekend/night shift

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are secure, calm, and have a professional demeanor
• Experience with LSS or personal assistance is an advantage
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Personal suitability is highly valued
