ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for a personal assistant for a permanent position of 95% for our client in central Luleå. The working hours are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends, primarily in the form of day shifts. Between 08:00-19:00, two assistants always work with the client. You will work approximately 3 out of 8 weekends.

Working hours:

• 08:00-19:00 (double assistance)

• 10:00-08:00 (day shift)

The start date will be agreed upon, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 40s who enjoys walks, going to the movies, and theater. She has cerebral palsy and epilepsy and needs support from a personal assistant in her daily life. Two days a week, she participates in daily activities, where you will accompany her as an assistant.

Job responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Assistance with transfers

• Handling of aids such as electric wheelchair, lifts, and tube feeding

Employment rate: 1 permanent position at 95%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary. Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
