Caregiver Temporary Position at Borgens LSS Group Home

Position: Temporary for 3 months (with possible extension)

Start date: 2026-04-01 (or by agreement)

Working hours: Day, evening, weekend, and sleeping on-call shifts

Job Responsibilities:

As a caregiver, you will meet the individual needs of the users and provide support in all situations of daily life. The goal is to support users towards increased influence, independence, and security. The work is conducted with respect for users' rights to self-determination and privacy.

You will:

• Collaborate with representatives, relatives, case managers, daily activities, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
• Work from an educational approach, with clear and structured routines.
• Use a low-arousal and respectful approach towards users and colleagues.
• Be responsible for social documentation according to applicable routines.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with education in care and support or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.

• Good ability to work independently and in a team.
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
• Personal suitability is of great importance.

Meritorious:

• Experience in LSS operations.
• Knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches.
• Experience in social documentation.
