Job Responsibilities

Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations and carry out ongoing quality and development work. The daily work is independent, and you have your own treatment responsibility, but we support each other in the team and have regular external supervision. The core mission consists of conversations with couples or parties in relationships, where crisis management, conflict resolution, and repairing relationships are common themes. Contacts are initiated by the visitors, and the conversations are based on a therapeutic foundation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who, together with us, wants to drive a cutting-edge Family Counseling service! We see that you have:

• A university degree with at least a bachelor's degree in social work or a psychosocial or therapeutic field
• Solid professional experience in support conversations or therapies with parties and/or families in difficult situations or crises

We consider it an extra merit if you have:

• Training, knowledge, or experience working with violence in close relationships

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Relevant further education, such as basic psychotherapy training level 1
• Training in sexology and gender studies
• Experience in independent treatment work
