Within the social services and the Assistance Unit, we are looking for engaged summer substitutes who want to make a difference for our citizens in the community. We are a closely-knit group that supports each other, and we offer a pleasant workplace with close managerial support. The social services unit consists of 14 caseworkers, an administrator, a senior social worker, and a unit manager. The Assistance Unit consists of 10 caseworkers, a specialist caseworker, and a unit manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work or other academic education deemed equivalent by the employer, or ongoing studies. For work with children and youth, a completed degree in the social work program is required.
• Driver's license (B)
• Good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing and be well acquainted with the Swedish language.

Meritorious

• Experience with the operational system Pulsen Combine
• Experience of exercising authority within the areas of social services

Personal qualities

You are secure, communicative, and flexible. You have a good ability to work independently but also enjoy collaborating in a team. You have a strong commitment to the individual's best interests and a good ethical compass. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

General
