ABOUT THE POSITION

Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft, and we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Bredåker, outside Boden. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute - with the chance of permanent employment. The work is scheduled for 24-hour shifts from 08:00 to 08:00 (sleeping duty from 00:00 to 07:00) on both weekdays and weekends. You will always work together with a colleague.

The start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a man in his 40s. He has autism and an intellectual disability (ID) and needs your support to create a safe and meaningful everyday life. He appreciates playful activities where assistants engage on his terms. He also enjoys massages on his back and arms, and meals are an important and positive part of his day.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Support in daily routines, including household chores and cooking

• Assistance with personal care

• Management of self-care medications

• Planning and implementation of activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work

• Non-smoker

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a personal assistant

• Experience with low-arousal responses

• Experience with autism

• Experience with intellectual disabilities (ID)

Employment rate: Hourly employment as needed - with the chance of permanent employment.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
