ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client who lives in Sunderbyn just outside Luleå. We are currently looking for hourly substitutes who want to work extra as needed.

The working hours are varied, and you may be asked to work both weekdays and weekends as follows:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

• Saturday + Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Night shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 PM to 7:45 AM

• Night shift Wednesday from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM

• Night shift Saturday + Sunday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s who enjoys physical activity; he likes bowling, playing games, and walking. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Communication and interpretation of the environment

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

• Experience with Autism

• Experience with low-arousal responses

Employment rate: Hourly substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
