Social Administration's Mission

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work includes meetings with children, youth, and families, where documentation is an important part. We investigate cases with support in SoL and LVU and we work according to the Child's Needs in Focus (BBIC). You will also collaborate with other groups within IFO-MyA, other authorities, and organizations. The work also includes a certain amount of preventive work. Travel is included in the job. In the Child and Family group, there is currently scheduled time for reflection and environmental monitoring. As an employee in the Child and Family group, you will be offered an introductory program and mentorship, professional development (Kiruna municipality participates in the Career Journey), as well as external supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the position of substitute social worker in the child and family group, a degree in social work or higher education that meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations (SOSFS 2014:7) regarding eligibility to perform certain tasks in social services for children and youth care is required. Experience in similar work is an advantage.

We see that you have a holistic view and the ability to make parts cooperate, as well as commitment and a willingness to develop.
