Campus Nyköping is now seeking a driven project manager to lead a feasibility study regarding the potential establishment of a research and development unit (R&D) at Campus Nyköping. Through this work, you will contribute to strengthening local skills, promoting innovation, and creating new opportunities for regional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mapping needs and conditions: Analyze the regional labor market's and society's needs for research and innovation.
• Building collaborations: Initiate and maintain dialogues with businesses, the public sector, and academic partners to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Economic and organizational analysis: Develop a preliminary budget, business model, and resource plan for the establishment of an R&D unit.
• Risk assessment: Identify and analyze potential obstacles and risks.
• Reporting: Compile and present a final report with concrete recommendations regarding the establishment and future operation of an R&D unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in project management, preferably within research, development, or public operations.
• Ability to build and maintain networks and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in making economic and organizational assessments.
• Knowledge of higher education operations, the needs of the business sector, and regional development is an advantage.
