About the Position

You will belong to the production department's response service, which is part of the heart of Responda Group. Here, our employees work to ensure that our customers' calls are answered promptly and with a high degree of service, quality, and efficiency. The job exclusively involves incoming calls and does not include sales.

Introduction: 1 week. Start: early 2025. Scope: Hourly employment. Opening hours: 07:00 - 23:00. Every day of the year.

Your Responsibilities

You will answer incoming calls for several different companies, gathering information from the caller to clarify the nature of the inquiry. You will then either transfer the call or write a message, and sometimes provide information to the caller. You may also perform various customer service tasks for our clients, such as receiving fault reports, bookings, or responding to customer chats and emails.

The employment begins with an introduction tailored to your skills and previous experiences. During the introduction, you will learn our switchboard system and how to handle callers in various situations.

Your Profile

You are a positive, cheerful, and engaged person. You spread good vibes in the workplace while maintaining calm and professionalism in stressful situations.

You are passionate about service, working with people, and helping others.

You are accustomed to using the phone as a tool, and as the company's voice, you are a skilled communicator who enjoys working with repetitive tasks.

Experience from a call center or customer service is highly meritorious.

Requirements for the Position:

  • High school diploma
  • Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills
