In this role, you will be part of the vocational training operations within Higher Education. The unit includes the principal, program leaders, qualified educational administrators, and caseworkers. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to help create the future of adult education in Nyköping through this newly established position. The mission is to create value for citizens, employers, and companies in the municipality by offering adult education and skills development. The operations contribute to society by raising the education level and strengthening the skills supply through a training offer aimed at employers' need for labor. You will capture local and regional recruitment needs and translate these into training programs. You will create collaborations with the labor market.

You will work closely with the management team at Campus Nyköping and report to the principal for contracted municipal adult education.

You will monitor and analyze to identify needs for education and skills supply. You will create collaborations and relationships with employers. You will cooperate with various industries, participate in and create forums and meeting places such as industry forums, vocational councils, and business groups, as well as plan and implement activities that connect education and working life.

QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant higher education in business development, entrepreneurship, innovation, or equivalent

Experience in business development and project management, preferably in the field of adult education

Experience in collaborating with the labor market

Good ability to build long-term relationships

Creative and structured

Communicative skills in speech and writing

Experience working in a politically governed organization
