Arbetslivsresurs is looking for a job consultant for our operations in Nyköping.

The position is part-time with the possibility of full-time in the future. Entry as soon as possible or by agreement.

Our goal is to reduce unemployment and decrease social exclusion by supporting and guiding people towards sustainable employment or education!

We are looking for someone who wants to help strengthen strengths. The main task will be to work in the Employment Service's contracted service Step to Work.

Experience in working with labor market initiatives at a supplier is a requirement for the position.

The target group you will meet in the assignment is job seekers, individuals with or without known disabilities, who need to have their work-related conditions investigated and then tested in a real environment. You will work both in groups and individually.

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented person who has a strong desire to coach individuals and match them to jobs or education within the framework of the Employment Service's Step to Work service.

As a job consultant in Step to Work (STA), which is a contracted service from the Employment Service, you will conduct coaching interventions both at the individual and group level. You will, among other things, map the participants' resources, conduct lectures, arrange test sites, and have motivational conversations.

You have the opportunity to be creative and adapt your work to the individual, making the work both fun and inspiring.

The position requires that you can work in a structured and accurate administrative manner. Since the days can vary, you need to have a good ability to independently plan your work.

Your profile

At least 2 years of full-time university education or vocational college in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine.

At least one (1) year of experience, at least part-time, in individual or group counseling/coaching of individuals with mental or physical illness or disability in the past three (3) years.

Accustomed to and interested in working with both individuals and groups.

A coaching and solution-oriented approach.

Good communication skills in both speech and writing.

Good administrative skills and computer literacy.

You are good at building relationships, networking, and we would like to see that you have a network in the relevant geographical area. In your work, you make a difference, and you want to see results in your efforts.

Interviews are ongoing, appointment of the position by agreement.
