HR Specialist at Sörmlands Stadsmission

Sörmlands Stadsmission is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR specialist who wants to be part of developing our organization and contributing to our important social work. In this independent HR role, you will have the opportunity to work broadly with HR issues and be a key support for management and our managers in various personnel matters, including labor law issues, negotiations, and rehabilitation. The role also includes responsibility for ensuring that routines, processes, and documentation are correctly designed and updated in accordance with current regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and processes to meet the organization's needs and requirements.
Support managers in personnel matters such as recruitment, skills development, work environment, rehabilitation, and negotiations.
Ensure that HR documentation and protocols are correct and comply with public sector requirements.
Handle labor law cases and actively participate in negotiations.
Drive rehabilitation processes in close collaboration with managers to create sustainable solutions.
Contribute to developing a safe and inclusive work environment and strengthening our workplace culture.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in HR work within the public sector.
Has solid knowledge of labor law, HR processes, and documentation, and is used to working with requirements for accuracy and structure.
Has experience in negotiations and rehabilitation cases, and enjoys a supportive role working closely with managers.
Is self-reliant, solution-oriented, and enjoys working in a solitary HR role with a broad responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.
