Today, Sveaviken PM manages residential and commercial properties from Lund and Helsingborg in Skåne to Örebro and Norrköping in central Sweden, as well as in several municipalities in the Stockholm area. In 2024/2025, we will also welcome tenants to over two thousand newly built rental apartments.

About the role

We are looking for a student employee who wants to work as a viewing host and support our rental team.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct viewings of apartments in Nyköping.
• Distribute informational materials and answer questions from customers.
• Support our rental team in daily tasks.

Qualifications

We expect you to be studying a relevant program at a university or vocational school, and we would like you to have started your second year of studies. Our goal is for you to stay with us throughout your studies.
