Job Description

You will work in an IT service desk team that supports the client's users. Your daily tasks will vary from regular end-user support with Office365 applications, troubleshooting computers, printers, and other IT equipment, administration and orders, as well as more complex cases. Case management primarily occurs through the client's case management system 4ME. The position is a varied and developing role for those who are passionate about technology and want to deliver first-class service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic and advanced technical support to our internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues both on-site and via remote support.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Document technical processes and create user guides.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of networks, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Experience working with various ITSM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.
• Possess a valid driver's license (B).
