We are looking for a digitalization strategist with a particular responsibility for the areas of operation within the care and social services department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role
As a digitalization strategist, you will be part of the municipality's digitalization unit. You will have a specific responsibility for the digitalization of the care and social services department, both at a strategic and operational level, where you will have overall responsibility for driving digitalization projects from idea and planning to implementation and follow-up. In this role, you will also serve as an important link between system owners, system administrators, and the IT unit. You will translate the needs of the operations into IT solutions and ensure that technical possibilities are communicated back to the operations in an understandable way.

Examples of job tasks:

• Identify operational-specific digital solutions through needs mapping and environmental monitoring.
• In collaboration with the care and social services department, implement and lead development projects.
• Drive and support operational development, both internally and in collaboration with regional and national networks.
• Be an active part of the digitalization unit's customer-driven development and work to meet new needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

About you
We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree or equivalent knowledge that the employer assesses as equivalent. You should have experience in driving development work as well as experience as a project manager.
