Study Guide in Trosa Municipality

WHAT DOES YOUR ASSIGNMENT INVOLVE?

As a study guide, you support the student by helping them with preparatory work and understanding before lessons, participating during lessons, and conducting follow-up work after lessons together with the student. Your task is to help the student understand and engage in the teaching to be able to acquire knowledge. You collaborate with subject teachers to give the student the best possible conditions.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• a high school diploma
• good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• good knowledge of Romanian in both spoken and written form
• familiar with the Swedish school system
• well-versed in the governing documents of primary school

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• education from a university or college, preferably as an engineer or in social science subjects
• previous experience in teaching

For the job, it is important that you are open and have a strong commitment to guide and collaborate with our students. You have a desire to develop together with other colleagues at the school and are interested in the life situation, learning, and development of children and young people. You also have a very good ability to build relationships with other people, both with adults and children.
