JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You want to contribute to driving school development in Nyköping municipality and care about our students, their education, development, and progression. The position involves working with your colleagues to ensure students' goal fulfillment through creativity, good leadership, and security-creating work.

Your tasks include meeting students in an adapted environment and offering a functioning school day. The students you meet have needs for assessments, teaching, and well-prepared plans for their continued schooling.

You will work together with a coordinator and teachers, following a collaboration model that places high demands on good organizational skills. You are expected to meet students in need of support and be responsible for assessment, planning, and collaboration for future school placements in Nyköping municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a special education/teaching degree, social pedagogy, or a degree in behavioral science. You have documented experience working with students in need of special support. A strong solution focus and high organizational skills are advantageous.

It is essential for us that you place the student and the student's success at the center. They need stable leadership, good organizational and collaborative skills. Good experience in collaboration and coordination with other actors, e.g., social services, child and adolescent psychiatry, and habilitation.
