Movant AB is looking for teachers for the HVAC and real estate program in Eskilstuna.

Movant has over 20 years of experience in vocational education for adults and is present in several locations and correctional facilities in Sweden. We have been an established school since 2019 and offer programs in Building and Construction, HVAC and Real Estate, and Electrical Installation. The number of adult students is around 150, with approximately 10 colleagues. As a teacher, you will have close collaboration with several other schools in Sweden. Collegial cooperation is important to us. As a teacher, you are an engaged individual, value good interactions, and are passionate about sharing your knowledge with others!

Your mission

We are now looking for a teacher for the HVAC and real estate program to educate our students to become HVAC installers. You need to have a relevant professional certificate and preferably experience in teaching. It is a merit if you are a qualified teacher. If you do not have a teaching degree, you will have the opportunity to educate yourself through Karlstad University. The assignment involves conducting theoretical and practical sessions and exercises to achieve course objectives corresponding to various professional courses within the HVAC and real estate program. As a teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to help our students reach their goals and develop knowledge in a creative way. You contribute to students developing skills that lead to employment in their chosen field. We expect you to be independent and structured with the ability to organize, take responsibility for, and prioritize your activities effectively. Your computer skills are good as some documentation and communication take place digitally via a learning platform. The work is carried out during daytime. Follow-up of workplace-based learning is included in the position.
