Responsibilities and Duties in the Online Department

As part of our online team, you will play a central role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling customer orders for online customers, including picking and packing ordered items.
• Collaborating with colleagues to optimize workflow and ensure fast and accurate delivery to customers.
• Communicating with customers to answer questions and resolve any issues.

Qualifications and Requirements for Online Work

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have the following qualifications and qualities:

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and be service-oriented.

Working Hours and Employment Conditions

The job is part-time with flexible hours, making it ideal for those studying or having another part-time job. The position may involve work on weekends and evenings depending on needs. The position is approximately 15 hours per week.
