About the position
At Perido, we are currently looking for a Parts Order Manager for our client, a large company and a well-known name in the automotive industry. The position is full-time based at their office in Gothenburg. Some travel may be required in this role.
Your responsibilities
As a Parts Order Manager, you will be a key person in the communication between dealers and the client company. Your main role is to provide support and manage inquiries regarding spare parts orders and logistics, which is crucial for ensuring smooth processes and high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Europe Region and international dealers to support their daily needs and optimize the order management system.
You will also be responsible for driving activities related to backorders in collaboration with various teams within logistics, purchasing, and replenishment. An important part of the role is to ensure and improve cross-functional collaboration throughout the supply chain, as well as to train dealers in order management processes and systems. Additionally, you are expected to contribute to continuous improvements, both internally and with dealers, to create a more efficient and successful operation.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience with IT systems such as Office, SAP/R3, and EBD
- Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English
Scope and start date
Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2025-06-30 with the possibility of extension. Start date 2025-03-02.
