Department Manager Sales

Your main task as Department Manager Sales is to be present in the daily work where sales take place while developing, following up, and coaching your employees. You are part of the store's local management team, and in addition to personnel responsibility for your team, you are responsible together with the other management team members for the overall business and the store's results.

Your role as Department Manager

For you, employees and customers are the most important. At the same time, you create good results, follow up, and improve to achieve even higher. You have overall responsibility for your sales area, your employees, customers, and results. As a Department Manager, you lead by developing and coaching your employees to guide our customers to the best purchase. You are responsible for recruiting, introducing, and further developing your team and ensuring the daily operations by leading and planning the business. You will be part of and work closely with your employees and be an important role model in the store.

The role of Department Manager Sales requires at least 3 years of sales experience and understanding of operations and management in a retail chain. You have experience in sales with good results, are used to taking professional responsibility, and are operationally close as a person.
