About the job as Parts Order Responsible

In the role of Parts Order Responsible, you will be a central link between dealers and our client. You will handle daily inquiries regarding parts orders and logistics and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth processes throughout the supply chain. You will work closely with several teams to manage order processes and backorders.

Common tasks include:

• Support dealers in Europe and internationally with inquiries about parts orders and logistics.
• Manage order processes and related systems.
• Drive activities to address backorders in collaboration with other departments.
• Ensure and develop cross-functional collaborations throughout the supply chain.
• Train dealers in order management and systems.
• Support continuous improvement activities within the organization.

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a strong background in logistics who thrives in a role where problem-solving and customer contact are in focus. You are an independent and solution-oriented person with an analytical mindset and the ability to work in an international environment.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to meet the following:

• University degree in logistics, engineering, or another relevant field.
• Experience in logistics, preferably from aftermarket operations.
• Knowledge of system support tools and digital solutions such as Office 365, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Experience in international customer support is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (requirement).
• Additional languages are a plus.
