About the Role

As the order responsible, you will manage and coordinate the customer order process from receipt to delivery, ensure correct registration in the system, and follow up on deliveries. You will communicate with both international customers and internal departments to ensure that all orders meet customer requirements and timelines. Furthermore, you will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during the order process and continuously improving routines and processes to increase efficiency.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in logistics or similar, along with several years of experience in order management, preferably in after-sales. You should have good knowledge of business systems and be accustomed to working with Office 365, as well as preferably PowerBI, Powerautomate, QlickView, or a strong interest in learning tools like these. It is important that you have strong communication skills and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, a structured work style and the ability to work independently are required. Since travel may be included in the role, a valid driver's license (category B) is important.

Meritorious

It is advantageous if you have experience working in an international environment and previous experience in international customer support. Experience in process improvement within order processes and knowledge of other business systems is also beneficial. The ability to speak additional languages beyond Swedish and English can be an advantage.
