Disability care consists of daily activities, group homes, social psychiatry, personal assistance, and child activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a secure and responsible female personal assistant who wants to make a difference in an individual's daily life.

You will be part of a staff group of 6 people. There is double staffing during certain hours, and individual work occurs. You need to be secure in your role as a personal assistant and can plan a daily routine together with the person receiving assistance.

You will be employed within personal assistance where you work according to a set schedule with irregular working hours, day, evening, awake night according to appendix J, and every other weekend.

"I am a woman in my 40s. My interests are music, photography, animals, and nature, so my assistant must tolerate pets. I live in a small locality about 10 km outside Vingåker. My home is a 2-room apartment with its own patio. I own an adapted individual car, so a driver's license is a plus as I appreciate being able to go on trips to enhance my life. You will work to provide me with personalized support in everyday situations as well as in other social contexts. I have mobility impairments, and my support and care needs are extensive. I communicate through various aids, and you as an assistant need to be attentive and focused. I look forward to meeting you to create a good team where we collaborate in my daily life."

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone educated in care and nursing, child and leisure, or support assistant or equivalent in disability care that the employer finds equivalent. We prefer that you have previous experience working in care/nursing/LSS, and we welcome female applicants. As a person, you are orderly, structured, and your work is characterized by humility and respect. You need to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We have two vacant positions; one is a permanent position at 100% starting with a 6-month probationary period, and the other is a temporary position at 80% starting immediately until after the summer.
