Qleano is looking for a colleague for customer support!

Qleano is an online moving and cleaning company that connects services for individuals and businesses. We collaborate with hundreds of moving operators from Ystad in the south to Kiruna in the north.

Our goal is to make Qleano the go-to option when you need to move. To succeed in this, we are looking for someone skilled in customer support and customer management. Our customer team handles the company's ongoing external contacts with both customers and affiliated operators. In addition to support work, the role also involves some sales and processing of incoming inquiries. In our communication with customers and affiliated companies, we do everything that customer support typically does, support.

Qleano has its office in Eskilstuna and has completed approximately 15,000 assignments. The business operates nationwide through our network of operators in moving and cleaning. The company has about 15 employees who work with business development, sales, marketing, customer support, and finance.

Your responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails to the support department.
• Manage orders and price inquiries.
• Be responsible for complaint cases from start to finish.
• Make outgoing calls to customers interested in our services and sell them.
• Make outgoing calls to potential operators and maintain ongoing contact with existing ones.
• Propose how we can develop the support function and improve the customer experience.
• Support internal functions by managing external customer dialogue.

Who are you?

• You have experience in customer service. It is a merit if you have previously worked in customer service.
• You have good computer skills and experience working with a computer as your primary tool.
• You know how to handle a phone queue without getting stressed.
• You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• You have a systematic working method and find it easy to maintain calm and focus in a sometimes noisy and stressful work environment.
• It is a merit if you have experience from the cleaning, moving, or other craft industries.

• Fixed monthly salary.
• Office hours Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00.
• Temporary employment until December 31, 2025.
• Opportunity to work from home one day a week in consultation with the Team Leader.
