Prendo is engaged in selling products and comprehensive solutions that enhance and improve our clients' relationships with their customers and staff. The company has been trading in workwear, promotional clothing, gifts, and promotional advertising since 1961. We are located in four places in Sweden and have 13 employees.

We are looking for a person to join our headquarters in Nyköping. You will primarily work with order management and warehouse tasks. This includes administration of incoming orders as well as handling incoming and outgoing goods, packaging, and customer service issues. It also involves contact with our project managers at our various offices, as well as our customers and suppliers. Experience from similar work is an advantage. The position is a full-time job of 40 hours/week or alternatively a part-time position of 32 hours/week.

You should have good computer skills and be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Other European language skills are an advantage.

Previous experience in administration, warehousing, invoicing, sales, and purchasing is advantageous.

Education: Completed upper secondary education. Relevant post-secondary education is an advantage for the position.

Advantageous: Experience in order management, warehousing, and invoicing.

To succeed in this role, you should be service-oriented and enjoy communicating with people, both in writing and verbally. You are meticulous and can follow established routines while also seeing the bigger picture. Additionally, you are flexible, self-driven in your work, unpretentious, and enjoy working in a team.
