Salesperson at Lindex in Katrineholm

Your role in our team

As a Salesperson, you are there to make our customers feel their best. Everything we do is about them. Together with your colleagues, you are the face of Lindex and play an important role in executing campaigns, activities, and creating an inspiring shopping experience. You follow the assortment from the moment it arrives in the store until it leaves in the hands of a customer who will love and use it again and again.

The role

The role is a permanent position of 20 hours per week, starting according to agreement.

We believe you are someone who loves meeting customers. With your strong interest in fashion, your ability to prioritize, and your way of always putting the customer first, you have the ability to achieve great results together with your colleagues.

You thrive in a changing environment where you have the opportunity to develop and learn new things. You know you will be comfortable leading yourself, being active in your own development, and both giving and receiving feedback. We also see that you are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and your colleagues in the store. You believe in doing things together and are motivated by the opportunity to make a difference. You also recognize yourself in the following:

• High school education
• Experience in retail or a similar role in service
• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Confident with digital tools
• Preferred: experience from the fashion industry
