About the position

As a real estate lawyer with us, you will work in a broad role providing legal advice to our existing members while also being responsible for creating engagement towards the market to attract new members. You will closely collaborate with our members and assist them as needed in contacts with tenants, courts, and other authorities. This is a role with both business and development focus, where you have the opportunity to help develop and deliver other services related to our business operations. You will be an active and important part of our member service.

The overall task as a real estate lawyer includes, among other things:

• Being an advisor to our members on issues related to real estate law in general and rental and housing law specifically. Other areas of law may also be involved.
• Representing members in disputes in rental boards and courts on behalf of the member.
• Assisting the office's real estate consultant with legal expertise in parts of the rental negotiation work in close collaboration.
• Participating in and leading training for members and employees.
• Attending member activities to promote our legal services.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a negotiation situation and who has both a business-oriented and collaborative approach. You should be driven by understanding and immersing yourself in the members' business ideas and applying the law in a way that yields the best results. You are service-oriented and find it easy to communicate with clients and counterparts in a professional and relaxed manner. You enjoy taking significant personal responsibility and initiative while having a pronounced team spirit.

We are looking for someone with a law degree and at least three years of work experience, as well as experience in handling legal matters, preferably rental law. Court service is an advantage but not a requirement. A certain interest in politics and social issues is beneficial for the position. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.
