We are now looking for you who, after a couple of years of experience in a customer service-like role, knows two things:

Let us first briefly summarize what the role's tasks entail:

• You assist customers with incoming inquiries primarily via phone and email.
• You handle some administration related to customer inquiries
• Now and then you escalate an inquiry, but a large majority of your inquiries are initiated and completed by you.

What makes this role unique is not what the tasks are, but how you as a company and team work:

• You will have a clear 14-day introduction
• The company has two colleagues who are full-time trainers. In addition to your introduction, they also ensure one of the most important things for thriving at a job: that you feel you are developing at work.
• You will join a team whose manager has two main focuses: first, you should feel clarity and security regarding the expectations and goals set for you (equally, you should feel secure that if you do not meet your goals, there is support and help from your immediate manager). The second major focus of your manager is that you should feel there is trust in you to handle your job. The manager is there in the background if you need support.
• Last but not least: you will come to a workplace where even in the reception, you are struck by the feeling that your colleagues want to be there and enjoy each other's company. Perhaps it is because the company organizes team evenings with activities about once a term. Perhaps because the colleagues themselves are active in organizing both AWs and a corporate football team where many of those who do not play are at least as engaged in the successes as those who do.

We are looking for you who

• Have previous experience from a customer service-like role and want to find a great place to work
• Master Swedish and English in speech
• Are good at formulating yourself in writing in Swedish
• Are service-oriented, driven, and want to learn new things (being a quick learner is always good, but at our client, it is even more important to be curious and live by the belief that you can always improve).

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO. The idea is that this will eventually transition into a permanent position with our client, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
