Do you want to work in a role where you develop existing customer relationships, drive upselling, and create long-term business? Förebygg (Västkustbolaget) is now looking for two Key Account Managers who want to take responsibility for a customer portfolio and contribute to continued growth.

As a KAM with us, you will work to nurture and develop existing customers. You drive the dialogue forward, identify needs, and create business opportunities through consulting, follow-up, and proactive work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for and develop existing customers & expand the customer base.

• Drive upselling and contract development through needs analysis and follow-up

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

• Work structured with pipeline, goals, and activities

• Be the primary contact person for the customer and represent Förebygg in customer dialogue

You are business-minded, relationship-building, and enjoy combining structure with pace.

We wish you have:

• Experience in sales, account management, or customer responsibility

• Good communication skills and confidence in customer dialogues

• Ability to work goal-oriented, independently, and with high activity

• A curious mindset and a desire to develop in a clear sales culture

• Fixed salary + commission + annual bonus
