Store Manager at Lundbergs – Täby Centrum

Lundbergs is a Swedish retail chain offering a wide range of bags, suitcases, backpacks, gloves, and accessories from several well-known brands. Our vision is to provide quality products at affordable prices.

We are a growing company with 28 stores across Sweden and are now looking for an engaged store manager for our store in Täby Centrum.

About the position

As a store manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations and staff of the store. You will play a leading role, working both operationally and administratively. The focus is on sales, service, and creating a pleasant store environment for both customers and employees.

Your tasks will include:

• Sales and customer service
• Cash handling and regular store duties
• Leading and motivating store employees
• Scheduling and personnel planning
• Planning and executing campaigns
• Ensuring the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and operates efficiently

We are looking for someone who:

• Has cash handling experience
• Is passionate about service and sales
• Has previous experience in retail
• Has experience in a leadership role within retail
• Is responsible, structured, and solution-oriented

The position is to be filled by April 1, but requires training beforehand as agreed. The position is approximately 70% and includes working evenings and weekends. It is advantageous if you live near/in Täby.

Currently, it is a temporary position until June 2026 but has a great chance of becoming permanent.
