GA Lindberg ChemTech is one of the largest suppliers of adhesives and lubricants for industry in the Nordic region. They are a growing company with high demands on the environment, quality, and service, and are known for helping companies find the right solutions both technically and from a total cost perspective.

As part of the team, you will play a central role as a customer support representative. You will use our case management system, Lime, to handle cases and stay updated on customer inquiries and issues. You will also be responsible for prioritizing your tasks and ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and in a timely manner via email and phone.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for a self-driven and customer-focused individual who is quick-thinking and has excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. You should have a technical interest or technical experience from previous roles. Above all, we believe you have a willingness to learn about our products as you will provide technical support and information to our customers.

In this role, you will work independently, but you will also collaborate with other departments within the company to come up with solutions together. Therefore, we place great importance on you being a team player who wants to work with your colleagues to achieve common goals. Experience in sales and customer support is advantageous, and we see it as a plus if you have prior experience working with similar products and customers.
