About the position

Perido is currently looking for a customer service representative for Axel Group, a company that works with services and technical solutions within personal alarms and security. Axel Group is Sweden's leading supplier in the field and focuses on delivering the market's most complete and qualitative personal alarm packages. You will be part of an organization with a strong team spirit, high job satisfaction, and community – something that is evident in both the workday and social activities such as barbecues, billiards, and fishing. The office is located in Liljeholmen, Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work service-oriented with various customer inquiries via phone and email. You will be part of a team of about 6 people. The tasks can vary widely, and you will, among other things, answer product and user questions and handle fault reports in the company's case management system. You may also take on other tasks as needed and contribute where the business needs support – making the role both developing and varied.

Your qualities

To thrive and succeed in this role, you are service-oriented, attentive, and have a natural desire to help others. You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and find it easy to build trust in your interactions with customers. At the same time, you are structured and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously without losing quality. You have a technical interest and are curious to understand how products and systems work, while being solution-oriented and taking responsibility for following cases through to completion. In a day-to-day environment that can sometimes be fast-changing, you are flexible, stress-resistant, and enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues in a team with strong community.

Qualifications:

• High school education
• Experience in customer service over the phone
