About the role
As a B2B & Event Executive at Nikon, you will be an important part of the Nordic sales organization based at Nikon Nordics headquarters in Solna, an office where joy and motivation permeate the organization. You will be part of the Nordic sales department and report directly to the Regional and Sales Manager. In close collaboration with the Sales Manager and Product Manager, you will be responsible for building processes and working methods to successfully establish Nikon Nordic in the B2B business area.
With competence and a burning commitment, you ensure that your customers are constantly informed about facts, news, and changes. You build a strong and influential network within both the private and public sectors. To thrive in this role, you have a strong drive and a desire to develop in a group of high-performing individuals. You are creatively interested and motivated by being able to drive change and have an active interest in photo/video (Cinema) technology as well as a higher understanding of cameras and optics. The role includes travel, primarily within the Nordic region, where you build relationships both through meetings with resellers and at industry fairs.
Your main responsibilities
- Be responsible for, drive, and develop Nikon Nordic B2B processes and working methods
- Create new customer relationships and maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Analyze sales statistics and present this internally and externally
We are looking for someone who
- Has high drive and motivation
- Is a skilled relationship builder and understands how value is created through sales
- Is technically knowledgeable and has an interest in photography and video
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
- Has experience working in a relationship-building role, e.g., in service or sales
You thrive in a role that places high demands on your relationship-building ability and your creative side. Your curiosity and knowledge regarding economic connections give you the prerequisites to understand the business and what drives profitability and growth.
It is an advantage if you have
- A valid driver's license, as you may occasionally need a rental car for customer visits
- A relevant academic education in marketing or equivalent that we assess as comparable and/or work experience in customer service.
- A background and experience in social media content creation, especially in video
