About the Assignment 🎯

The company is a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through performance-driven advertising, with a particular focus on Google Ads. The work is characterized by long-term customer relationships, data-driven decisions, and a clear focus on measurable results. The sales organization is now being strengthened, and three Sales Development Representatives are sought to drive continued growth.

In this role, you will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams and be a central part of the business. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by booking qualified meetings with decision-makers in B2B. This role is suitable for you who are early in your sales career but already have experience in outbound sales and want to develop quickly in a professional and results-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities 🧭

As an SDR, you will identify and contact potential B2B customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will present the agency's Google Ads services in a clear and value-based manner, book meetings for the sales and account management teams, and follow up on leads and prospects. You will document your work in the CRM system Upsales and collaborate closely with colleagues in both sales and marketing to optimize results.

Your Profile 👤

We are looking for someone with at least two years of sales experience focusing on outbound work and who is comfortable contacting decision-makers. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, have a clear goal focus, and a strong desire to develop in sales. You are structured in your work approach, reliable in follow-ups, and curious to understand customers' business and needs. Experience in B2B sales and digital marketing is advantageous, but the right attitude and drive are crucial.

What You Are Offered 🎁

You are offered a clear career path within sales and the opportunity to further develop towards roles such as Account Manager or senior sales positions. You will receive structured onboarding, ongoing sales training, access to proven sales methods, and continuous coaching.

The compensation consists of a guaranteed minimum salary of 20,000 SEK per month combined with commission-based compensation without a cap. The commission corresponds to 1x MRR per closed deal, where a deal is defined as a signed monthly subscription. If the earned commission falls below 20,000 SEK in a month, the salary is adjusted up to the guarantee.

In addition, sales competitions with attractive prizes, an exclusive office in Stockholm, and breakfast every morning are offered.

Application Process 📝

The process consists of an initial interview with the recruiting manager, followed by an interview with the sales team. Then a case or role-play is conducted, coffee at the office with the team, reference checks, and final interview and contract signing.

All three SDR roles will start simultaneously in February to ensure the best possible onboarding and team development.
