What does it mean to work as a Sales Associate at Würth?
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving and developing the store. There are two employees working in the store who together manage the daily operations. Our opening hours are weekdays from 06:30 to 17:00.
The job requires a high degree of initiative, where you provide incredibly good service and knowledge to see and meet customer needs.
- Sales in-store and over the phone
- Act as support to customers and our salespeople
- Conduct sales visits to companies in the local area
- Merchandising, work with store layout, and ensure that the store feels new every day
- Inventory management; stocktaking, orders, goods reception, and unpacking
- Actively work with the field organization to develop and strengthen cooperation between sales channels in the region
- Actively participate in the preparation and execution of store events and campaigns
We want you to
- Have relevant industry and product knowledge, with retail experience as a plus
- Love to engage and deliver high-class service to customers and build long-term relationships
- Have good computer skills and can navigate different systems
- Be proactive and structured
- Be goal-oriented, results-driven, and have a good business sense
It is desirable if you have previously worked in a sales role.
