Part-time Payroll Consultant Starting in January

We are currently looking for a payroll consultant available for interim assignments approximately 2-3 days/week with our client based in Gothenburg. Desired start in mid-January or as agreed. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, but you need to be able to be on-site with the client as needed.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in qualified assignments as a payroll consultant and who feels confident in their skills. You are used to working independently but are also skilled at collaborating and building relationships within the organization. You have a solution-oriented approach and are driven to create structure, efficiency, and added value.

Responsibilities as a Payroll Consultant

You will work broadly with payroll management and related HR administrative tasks. The role includes, among other things:

• Quality assurance of payroll data before payroll processing.
• Reporting salaries to Collectum, FORA, and Söderberg & Partner
• Accounting of invoices regarding pension premiums and insurances
• Declaration and uploading of AGI to the Swedish Tax Agency
• Notification to the Social Insurance Agency and Collectum in case of sick leave
• Registration and termination of employees in Kontek HRM and completion in Haily HR
• Control and reporting of work permits to the Migration Agency and the Swedish Tax Agency
• Reporting to finance after payroll processing and monthly reporting
• Statistics to SCB
• Creation of work schedules in Kontek HRM
