Inside Sales Representative for Agricultural Insurance

Your Challenge

In the role of inside sales representative, you will work with needs-based sales to our agricultural customers. You will identify and solve customers' insurance needs for both new and existing customers.

You are responsible for meeting the legal and documentation requirements required for the assignment. You work independently and have your own sales budget but in close collaboration with other professional roles to achieve the company's goals.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 100%.

Your place of work will be either Gothenburg or Uddevalla, depending on what suits you best. Regardless of where you are based, we see it as important that you become an integral part of the team at both locations. The position therefore involves regular travel between Gothenburg and Uddevalla.

Who are you?

You have experience in sales or customer advisory, preferably within insurance. If you lack an insurance background, we instead see that you have good insight and experience in the agricultural sector – this is crucial for succeeding in the role.

We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and passionate about sales and the development of new working methods. You are motivated by solving problems and thrive in complex environments. Finding answers when they are not readily available is a given for you.

You meet customers via phone and digital channels and take responsibility for driving your sales forward. As a person, you are proactive, goal-oriented, and have a strong drive to achieve results. You combine initiative with attentiveness and a genuine interest in the customer's needs. With your relationship-building ability, you create long-term collaborations with both customers and colleagues.

You enjoy working at two different locations and see the value in being part of the team at both places. As a networker and team player, you spread energy around you and contribute to a positive work environment.
