Furuboda Assistans is a private assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing business. About the assignment

We are now looking for you who want to make a difference every day. Do you have a genuine interest in people and experience working with mental health issues? Then you might be the right person! We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant and strengthen our team. The assignment involves supporting the client in all everyday situations, contributing to structure, security, and a meaningful existence. It is advantageous if you have education in psychiatry, social work, care, or similar. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. The work shifts vary with day/evening/weekend and awake night shifts. You should be secure and stable to handle the challenges that the work entails. There may be self-harming behavior that you, as an assistant, should be able to meet in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner, as well as having a good ability to set boundaries. You need to be able to work motivating and independently but also work in a team. We are looking for a substitute, and for the right person, there is an opportunity to proceed to a fixed-term position of about 90% during the period of January-March.
