Myllefallet is a small group home with 3 users with very different needs. Our goal is to provide our users with the best possible support and care. Our work is based on Båstad Municipality's core values: professionalism, joy at work, and respect.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a support assistant, you will assist users with care and participation in community life based on decisions and implementation plans, as well as work with quality assurance, documentation, and organizational development together with the workgroup.

As an employee with us, you work with the individual in focus, which makes it important that you are attentive, have a good approach, and have the ability to take initiative. You communicate with both users, colleagues, supervisors, and relatives, which means you need to have a well-developed ability to understand someone else's situation/perspective. As a colleague, you are expected to collaborate and contribute to a good work environment where all employees take responsibility and support each other.

The working hours will be scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a support assistant, you have at least a degree in Child and Leisure or nursing. We prefer that you have a post-secondary education with a social or care orientation or alternatively a pedagogical education.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in other people's lives and support them in their daily lives. As a person, you are engaged, secure, responsible, and have a genuine interest in the target group you work with and promote people's development based on their conditions.

You enjoy working both in a group and independently and can take your own initiative. As a colleague, you work together with other employees to create a good work environment where dialogue and collaboration are a natural part of the workday.
