Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative Wanted for Recruitment to a Market-Leading Company!

The customer service department works with service and support for customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and the Baltics. As a customer service representative, you will be part of a team primarily working with Danish retailers, but you will also have contact with Swedish retailers. Your tasks include informing, guiding, and selling the company's products over the phone based on customers' wishes and needs. The work is dynamic as you will handle several parallel tasks, from providing service over the phone to managing orders, complaints, and other problem-solving.

Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, and the work is performed on-site at the office located centrally in Stockholm.

Who are you:

• Previous experience in service and a good habit of handling phone and customer contacts.
• You speak and write Danish and Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English.
• As a person, you are energetic, flexible, independent, and stress-resistant, and you understand the importance of excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel is a plus.
• You do not need to be technically skilled from the start, but it is important that you have an interest in our products.
