About the Role Our client in Spånga is now looking for an engaged order coordinator! In the role of order coordinator, you will be part of a close-knit team within the supply chain. You will have overall responsibility for the order process, which involves close collaboration with customers, production, and purchasing. The position is full-time with an immediate start. This is initially a consulting assignment for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension or takeover by the client.

Responsibilities As an order coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring a smooth flow between the customer, production, and supplier. Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving and registering orders from both customers and production.

• Maintaining continuous dialogue with suppliers and ensuring that delivery plans are followed and updated as needed.

• Responsible for establishing, following up, and managing forecasts.

Qualifications To fit as an order coordinator, we would like you to have the following:

• Some years of experience in order management.

• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of SAP.
